Service Fees

How will I be billed for service?


We charge a credit report consulting and analysis fee of $189 at the end of the consultation. The fee is paid only after the entire credit report has been discussed and all accounts have been detailed in their entirety.
Then, if errors are found and you wish to have us assist you in correcting them you can choose to enroll into our monthly service program. The fee for the monthly service is $59, which is billed in arrears. We will only bill you at the end of each month after all services have been performed in their entirety (prices vary by state).

How long do I have to stay with the program?


You are only committed to one month at a time. You can cancel any time, but we recommend you stay with the program until enough errors are corrected to your satisfaction.

If I cancel right before my monthly billing date, do I owe anything?


Yes, we bill in arrears for our monthly charge of $59 in accordance to the Fair Credit Organization Act.

What do I get for my service fees?


1) Continuous investigations into the errors found on your credit report with all three credit bureaus through our dispute and verification process.

2) Unlimited positive credit consultation with your personal team of credit specialists.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept debit or credit cards, including VISA, MC, Discover, and AMEX. We also accepts checks by phone.


The Program

Will anyone help me understand what I need to do to post good positive accounts?


Absolutely! You will be assigned one or two personal credit specialists who will use their knowledge to guide you through all the steps you can take to set yourself up for success after the correction process is complete.t.

I keep receiving credit reports in the mail. What do I do with them?


Simply fax, mail or email them to us, and we will interpret them for you and update your file.

How do I get an update from Continental Credit?


Simply call our office and we will update you on your file and provide consultation on improving your positive accounts.

How do I get my credit score?


Often receiving an accurate credit score will create a credit inquiry thus lowering your score. However, we have suggested websites where you can easily obtain your scores, or if we feel that enough improvement has occurred on your reports we will suggest to your broker to have a new credit report pulled to see if you are loan ready.

I have received a one-page letter from each bureau asking for additional information. What do I do?


The bureaus have numerous delay tactics to slow the process down, anything from discouraging documents to asking for a variety of information. We automatically handle all these issues, so there is no need for you to do anything until you receive your actually credit reports.

How long will this process take?


Credit reports are like fingerprints, everyone is different. Your credit specialist will be able to give you the best idea depending on the many factors involved.

What should I pay off?


Credit reports can be very difficult to read and even more difficult to navigate properly. Please consult with your credit specialist before applying funds to any past unpaid debts.
